CLIENT’S OBJECTIVE:
To strengthen relationships with their key clients and gain insights on how to better match the industry’s needs through a Client Advisory Board (CAB).
AGENCY’S SOLUTION:
The agency worked with the client to establish the CAB, including its branding, developing its charter and inviting key clients to join. Once established, the agency acted as the event planner for two annual CAB meetings. We solicited proposals from venues and booked all meeting requirements at the United States Military Academy at West Point, managed the participation lists, identified and booked speakers and presenters and handled all event planning details as well as all pre-, at- and post-CAB marketing communications.
